My Five Reasons Why it is Better to Fish With Friends
0 Comments Published by ernestmaitim on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 12:29 PM.Here are my 5 personal reasons why it’s better to go fishing with my Buddies.
1. I always run of out baits. Even if there is a fishing supply that is just a few meters away from my favorite spot, it is more convenient for me to just ask the next fisher for some bait. Of course, I have to pay for it next time.
2. I love having conversations while fishing. It takes me off from making full focus on the fishing. Stress and tension really build up within me as I wait for some bite to happen. Light talks somehow ease me up, and surprisingly during conversation do bites from trophy fish actually happen.
3. Game fishing with friends, while I want it to be clean fun, actually helps me let out my competitive juices. Who doesn’t want to land the biggest trophy fish possible? In the end, it is nice to compare catch with one another in my fishing group, with the most successful for the day getting all the praises.
4. I am a careful fisherman. Fishing buddies are there for very good reasons, and one of them is to make the afternoon fishing session a much safer one. You might never know if you happen to venture to the deep part of the river, or perhaps there are difficult crazy water currents that you encounter. Companions can certainly be of big help.
5. Finally, I do love to fish, but I certainly hate the planning. I leave all the schemes and plans for a particular fishing trip to my friends. And lucky enough for me, many are willing to do the “dirty” job. All I really want to do is fish, and fish like there’s no more chance to do it again tomorrow.
