Fishing Lures: Which One Do You Need?

Water Surface Lures, as the name implies, are those that are meant to be used on the surface of the waters you fish in. Many anglers consider the surface lure as one that provides them one of the most exciting fishing experiences. Imagine yourself waiting breathlessly for the bite of a trophy fish on your lure – a very thrilling moment indeed.

Sinking Plug Lures, on the other hand, are best when you are into deep water fishing. Here, the depth is always the same whenever you cast. The depth of the sinking plug will tell you where the fish population is located.

Spinner Lure resembles a blade that rotates when it is pulled back from the waters while reflecting flashes of light. Such light and rotation resemble the motion and appearance of a bait fish. Spinners are best utilized when you want to catch trout, pike and mullet.

Spoon Lure is the simplest of all the fishing lures. It is so-called because it closely resembles the shape of a spoon head. How do they attract the fish? By working like a bait fish and creating some series of wobbly actions. Spoons are very affordable and uncomplicated; that’s why they are perfect for fishermen-newcomers.
